I’ve been a tenant with Tina at Proud Properties for the past year and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better property manager. She makes everything so easy. Tina is thorough, professional, and genuinely on top of her job. Communication is always clear and prompt, inspections are handled smoothly, and any queries are dealt with efficiently. It’s such a relief having a property manager who is organised, fair, and simply does what she says she’ll do. You can tell she takes pride in her work and that makes a big difference as a tenant. We entrusted our rental property into the hands of Tina Edwards at Proud Properties. We have been extremely impressed with her management of the property which included a tenancy change. She is extremely responsive, has great attention to detail, is very organised and goes the extra mile. We cannot fault her at all. We would recommend her without hesitation to other landlords looking for a good solid reliable person to manage their property.

Hawai was perfect for our stay in Taupo with four adults and two young children. Great location with all the basics supplied. Excellent communication.Recommended.

Tina is a really professional Property Manager, she cares about her tenants, landlords and properties equally and wants the best for all. She is experienced in all areas of property management and is a pleasure to deal with.
